Who We Are
e-malawi aid was founded with a single, urgent purpose — to stand alongside people displaced and stranded by xenophobic attacks. We started because no one should face that kind of fear alone, cut off from their loved ones. Our work is hands-on and human: real help, delivered with dignity, to the people right beside us in Johannesburg.
What Drives Us
We don't operate from a distance. Our assistance is direct, personal, and delivered to people in Johannesburg who need it most.
Families come back to us because we follow through. Our reputation is built on transparency and the trust of the neighbours we serve.
No donation is too small. Whether it is R1 or R1 000, every contribution is used to provide shelter, transport, and reunification support.
We see the people we assist as family. This work is personal — because the crisis of xenophobia affects all of us in our shared city.
